Fitness and Conditioning Suite

The Fitness and Conditioning Suite was refurbished in 2015 and includes an even greater selection of cardio vascular machines in an improved layout. The striking new blue mural, with its inspirational insight, will add an extra layer of motivation to your workout.

New equipment includes the Wattbike, developed in conjunction with British cycling to offer an unparalleled indoor cycling experience. It offers a realistic ride and provides range of data through which users can monitor their performance. The gym also features PowerClimbers, allowing users to choose between a moderate and high intensity workout. The machines include touchscreen displays with access to several entertainment options. The suite also includes six Olympic lifting platforms.

The Fitness and Conditioning Suite is an Inclusive Fitness Initiative accredited facility with equipment that is specifically designed for people with disabilities.

Ed is a trusted mobile personal training specialist, delivering professional yet personalised services in Twickenham, Richmond and the South West London area. He has been working for several years with clients of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels to help them commit and invest in their bodies through one-on-one training, group training and outdoor personal training that suits their schedule and lifestyle.

Due to his background in rugby, rowing, athletics, and weightlifting he is aware that staying motivated to hit the gym regularly and keeping fit and healthy is a lot easier said than done. There are days when you'd rather curl up in a corner and take a nap, or fill up your schedule with unnecessary appointments, rather than put on your workout clothes. That why Ed goes above and beyond to give clients a nudge.

With a degree in Strength and Conditioning Science and a background in elite rugby union, his philosophy of 'a house should be built with a strong foundation' is ever present when planning, applying and monitoring clients' training sessions. Ed makes it clear from the start that there are no gimmicks; bringing training back to its basics, focusing on movement, flexibility and correct technique to help prevent injury and use muscles correctly and efficiently.

Personal Training with Nat Moore

Nat Moore has had a passion for fitness from a young age and has competed at a high level in various sports including swimming, weightlifting, half marathons, triathlons and CrossFit. When with his Personal Training Clients his passion shows. Nat brings a dynamic approach to all his sessions, tailoring the workout to the individual.

Whether your goal is to shed pounds, be the strongest you’ve ever been, get fit for a marathon or just feel happier about yourself, Nat is the trainer for you.

Aside from one to one personal training, Nat can also organise group personal training at a discounted rate upon request.

Nat Specialises in: Sport Specific Training, body composition, fat loss, metabolic conditioning (CrossFit style) and is currently studying for a Level 5 Professional diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial massage therapy alongside a level 3 qualification in Sports Psychology.

CORE Coaching with Sam Edwards

With a love for life, activity and the outdoors, Sam has always enjoyed participating in many sports at a recreational level.  Passionate that everybody at every level should be able to enjoy being active and fit, Sam works with people at many levels of fitness, with varying exercise objectives. 

Some clients come to Sam to improve their general level of fitness, or to improve their body's flexibility, mobility and core strength, whilst others will be on a journey towards achieving a goal in a specific race. 

As a REPS registered Personal Trainer, Sam works with clients through a bespoke training and development program to help them achieve their goals.  As a Triathlon England Triathlon Coach, Sam specialises in helping clients improve their running and cycling form, efficiency and power.  As a Yoga Alliance Affiliated Yoga Teacher, Sam helps her clients truly understand their body, so they gain the strength they need – both body and mind, whilst giving them the information they need to avoid overuse injuries.

CORE coaching offers a variety of Personal Training, Private Yoga Sessions and Group Classes working from the CORE to improve form and flexibility, to build strength, increase fitness and achieve success whatever the training goal.
