We would love to welcome you to our annual Knowledge Exchange event at St Mary’s University.
Following the success of our inaugural Knowledge Exchange Event in July 2025, we are looking forward to hosting our next event in summer 2026. This opportunity to celebrate the plethora of expertise shared between university and school-based colleagues has evolved from research and collaborative work that has affirmed for us the essential nature of facilitating opportunities to share knowledge about education. Whether underpinned by tacit understanding of teaching and learning in the classroom or by knowledge drawn from empirical research in schools, we aim to celebrate individual expertise and passion when it comes to creating the best possible start for children and young people.
The event is designed with no learning outcomes in mind and it is intended to be a celebration of knowledge earned through a shared dedication to bettering education based on areas of special interest or contextual priority. In addition, it is hoped that this will either be the start of a developing relationship between yourself and the university or an opportunity to solidify an existing one.
