Agent misconduct – Complaint procedure

At St Mary's University, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience throughout your application journey. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided by your nominated education agent or believe they have acted inappropriately, please let us know. You can report your concerns by emailing us at international@stmarys.ac.uk, and our team will review your complaint promptly and confidentially.
