Dom Dubery

Dominic is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach specialising in real-world performance. He focuses on endurance training, weightlifting, hyrox preparation, and crossfit, building athletes and clients who are resilient, capable, and high-performing both physically and mentally.

He served 12 years in the British Army with the 1st Battalion Parachute Regiment and the Special Forces Support Group (SFSG). During his service, he completed the elite Physical Training Instructor (PTI) course, where he was responsible for maintaining and enforcing exceptional fitness standards for soldiers both in the UK and on overseas operations.This role demanded leadership, precision, and an uncompromising approach to physical preparation.

Following his military career, Dominic spent six years as Head Trainer at Virgin Active, leading from the front in one of the UK’s most recognised health and fitness environments. He has worked with a wide spectrum of clients — from performance-focused athletes and hyrox competitors to high-net-worth individuals requiring discretion and tailored programming.

His coaching experience also extends to supporting clients managing complex health conditions, including cancer recovery, multiple sclerosis (MS), diabetes, high cholesterol, and mental health challenges. He combines elite military discipline with evidence-based training principles to create intelligent, adaptable programmes that build strength, endurance, and long-term health.

His mission is simple: to develop resilient, high-performing individuals who are prepared for whatever life demands.

Sarah Molloy

Sarah is a Personal Trainer, CrossFit Coach, and Menopause Coach.

She works with both men and women but specialises in coaching women in mid-life, supporting them as they navigate their strength and health journey. Her work often involves helping women rediscover who they are, rebuild their confidence, and realise what their bodies are truly capable of achieving.

With over eight years of experience, including running her own gym for two years, Sarah has coached strength and conditioning, weightlifting, and crossfit. She focuses on teaching safe, effective movement with strong technical foundations, encouraging her clients to fall in love with the process of getting stronger and feeling more capable.

In addition to her coaching, Sarah facilitates workshops in London and across the UK, bringing people together to enjoy movement, deepen their understanding of their bodies, share experiences, and build meaningful connections.

Albane Karesan

Albane is a French former professional dancer trained in ballet, jazz, and Latin dance. Years on stage, from competitions to live shows, shaped her discipline, commitment, and deep respect for what the human body can achieve. Becoming a mother of two only strengthened that foundation.

Passionate about movement, health, and helping others, she coaches with realism and plenty of humour, especially when things get tough. Her goal is simple: to help clients feel their best and enjoy life to the fullest.
