Fitness, and particularly cycling, has always been a passion for James with over 20 years’ experience of competing and coaching. He has combined this with an active lifestyle to include fitness competitions, triathlons, half marathons and skiing.

Having previously run his own busy PT and fitness studio, James knows from experience how hard it can be to juggle the work life and fitness balance. His defining principal is that with the right approach, anyone can make a major change to their health, fitness and body shape. As well as getting fitter, you will move better, feel stronger, more energetic, confident and less stressed.

After identifying your specific needs, he will provide you with all the support, guidance and expertise you need to achieve outstanding results. CORE Coaching with Sam Edwards

With a love for life, activity and the outdoors, Sam has always enjoyed participating in many sports at a recreational level.  Passionate that everybody at every level should be able to enjoy being active and fit, Sam works with people at many levels of fitness, with varying exercise objectives. 

Some clients come to Sam to improve their general level of fitness, or to improve their body's flexibility, mobility and core strength, whilst others will be on a journey towards achieving a goal in a specific race. 

As a REPS registered Personal Trainer, Sam works with clients through a bespoke training and development program to help them achieve their goals.  As a Triathlon England Triathlon Coach, Sam specialises in helping clients improve their running and cycling form, efficiency and power.  As a Yoga Alliance Affiliated Yoga Teacher, Sam helps her clients truly understand their body, so they gain the strength they need – both body and mind, whilst giving them the information they need to avoid overuse injuries.

CORE coaching offers a variety of Personal Training, Private Yoga Sessions and Group Classes working from the CORE to improve form and flexibility, to build strength, increase fitness and achieve success whatever the training goal.
