St Mary's provides one of the best endurance running environments in the world and is home to several of GB's most talented distance runners. SIMMSAthletics offers a unique experience for young people to train and compete on the Sir Mo Farah Athletics Tack that Sir Mo Farah himself along with Olympians David Weir, Usain Bolt, Steph Twell and Andrew Osagie have trained on.

Our sessions are delivered using guidance from the QuadKids and  British Athletics 365 award programmes, allowing participants to develop a range of fundamental athletics skills.
