The MySMU app changes its user interface. Users will have a new universal navigation (login and navigation bar) with more modern graphics and coherence between Android and iOS.
What are the benefits?
The redesign of the MYSMU app aims to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement among students, faculty, and staff. Through user research and feedback, pain points were identified in the existing version of the app. Our redesign prioritises intuitive navigation, streamlined processes, and a more engaging user experience.
