We are St Mary’s Men’s Rugby Union. This season we’re running two teams so there is a great opportunity for all aspiring players to play at a level suitable for them.
Our first XV offers a competitive challenge playing against some of the best universities in the south.
Our second XV are looking to secure promotion in their league and rise through the ranks of BUCS rugby.
We’re lucky to have such a great group of players every year and are so excited when the group grows off of the field which is just as important (if not more). Therefore, a huge part of the club is having a laugh on and off the pitch. Regular socials on Wednesday nights after Matches and team bonding events will be held over the coming year.
We are all here to have fun and enjoy our years at uni while building friendships, however we want to take the club back to where it was and create a new winning culture and push for double promotion.
