SIMMSwellness will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle by providing regular events from activity classes to healthy eating seminars.

Following on from feedback gained from students in the summer of 2020, we recognise the value that students place on their physical and mental wellbeing and have introduced our brand new SIMMSwellness programme for 2021/22!  

We will be delivering a range of plan to deliver a range of workshops, seminars, trips and events to help support your wellbeing, and will be updating this page with information as soon as these are confirmed.   • Trips: trips to Kew Gardens and Thorpe Park, our trips are there to provide students opportunities to visit different setting 
  • Workshops: three workshops per academic year, providing various topics designed to aid in building your wellness.
