SIMMSwellness: health and wellbeing events

SIMMSwellness will support your health and wellbeing with events like field trips and stress buster football.

Following on from feedback gained from students in the summer of 2020, we recognise the value that students place on their physical and mental wellbeing and have introduced our brand new SIMMSwellness programme for 2022/23.

Last year, we were able to introduce various opportunities like:

  • Stress buster football
  • workshops on dealing with exam stress
  • many more.

This year, we will be delivering a range of workshops, seminars, trips and events to help support your wellbeing, and will be updating this page with information as soon as these are confirmed.

We’re planning trips to Kew at Christmas, trampoline parks, and much more, so check back regularly and follow us on Instagram at @SportStMarys for the latest updates.
