Lactate profiles, VO2 analysis, full physiological profiles and VO2max assessments
Our environmental chamber allows for training sessions in specific environmental conditions at altitude, in the heat or a combination of both
We offer two accurate methods of scientifically tracking your body composition goals
Provides an accurate means to establish how many calories you burn at rest and exercise as well as fuel utilisation through exercise
Ian is highly experienced and specialised sport and exercise physiologist. He splits his time between physiological support, research and technical duties. He has developed a keen interest in blood flow restriction, respiratory physiology and the effects of the menstrual cycle on female athletes.
He has worked with various elite individual athletes and sport teams including GB triathletes, middle – long distance runners, F1 drivers, professional tennis players, rowers, football teams and many more. He has also gained further experience in Australia at a variety of institutes and sports teams.
He is currently on the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science (BASES) supervised experience programme for individual accreditation and is ISAK level 1 accredited. He aims to further develop his career in applied sport and exercise support and research.
