  • HPDE - Coloured & clear detergent, fabric conditioners, bleach and household cleaning fluids, hair care, bath and shower bottles.
  • PET - Coloured & clear fizzy drinks, clear mineral water bottles and with blue tint, squash bottles.
  • PVC - Coloured & clear food trays, shampoo bottles, cling film.
  • PP (polypropylene) - battery cases, caps.
  • Hard Plastics - only small plastic containers of any colour (yoghurt pots, ice cream tubs, margarine containers).
  • Poly and wax lined (i.e. milk cartons/Tetra Pack)
  • Foil lined (Juice cartons)
  • Plastic bags - excluding black (Supermarket)
  • Plastic film - rigid or not (i.e. blister and sandwich packs, cling-film)

  • Hard Plastics - Dustbins, recycling bins, milk and beer crates, children’s toys (e.g. slides, ride-on-cars, games)

  • Food waste
  • Wood
  • Rubber
  • Black Plastic Sacks
  • Green garden waste
  • Sand and building materials
  • Ceramics or Pyrex PS (Polystyrene lightly) - Coffee cups, insulation, ceiling tiles, packing (polystyrene foam)

Hazardous Waste

  • Clinical waste
  • WEEE (Waste Electronic or Electrical Equipment - batteries, fridges, cables, TVs
  • Printer Toner/Cartridges
  • Toxic/Hazardous chemical bottles
