New Mother and Hallmark digital vending machines and bean-to-cup coffee are now available in the Library, Shannon corridor, Sports Centre, Naylor Building and Teddington Lock, with service starting on 14 November 2025.
International Simmies Connect pairs incoming international students with current students, with around 100 new students taking part in September 2025.
International Welcome Week has been enhanced with more in-person induction activities to support engagement and network-building.
Additional induction sessions were held in the third week of October for international students who could not attend the main welcome events.
An International Welcome Guide PDF has been created to support international students before and after arrival.
The Library layout has been changed to create more space for different styles of study, informed by ongoing student feedback.
