Academic dress
All students receiving an award must wear academic dress, which can be ordered from our gown provider once the booking system is open from Friday 26th January 2024, 12pm (GMT).

Please note that there is limited availability of gown hire on the day so we recommend you ensure you book your gown by the 25th February 2024, 11.59pm (GMT)
Graduands should wear their gowns and hoods throughout the ceremony. Mortarboards should only be worn when processing out of the Chapel. Please do not wear your mortarboards when you enter the Chapel.
In addition to academic dress, all graduands should wear smart formal wear to their ceremony.
We warmly encourage students to wear their traditional and/or cultural dress to graduation if they wish to.
Your gown will be available for collection at the Shannon Suites.
