How to accept your offer

Congratulations on receiving an offer of study at St Mary's! These are your next steps:

1: Confirm your place

Send confirmation that you would like to accept the offer of a place to our International Admissions Officer at by:

Returning the Acceptance Form sent with your offer letter
Sending your full name, date of birth and student number (Regnum), stating that you would like to accept your offer of a place.

If you've applied to us via UCAS you will need to make St Mary's your firm/insurance choice by 4th May 2017 (date to be confirmed).

2: Supply your transcript

Don't forget to email or post us copies of your final transcript to confirm that you have successfully completed your qualification.

Make sure you have the original as you will need this to support your Tier 4 student visa application

3: Pay your deposit

You will need to pay a deposit of £2,000 by the deadline of 14th July 2017 (date to be confirmed). We may be able to accept deposits after this date, but it will depend on your individual circumstances and whether there are spaces still available on your chosen course.

All non-EU students are required to pay this deposit unless you are taking out a government loan or you are in receipt of a full scholarship. In these cases, please send a copy of the letter confirming your funding arrangements to

We can start to issue the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from 13th June 2017, which you will need to support your Tier 4 student visa application.
