Please be advised that demolition and construction of a new academic building will be taking place near Cronin and Cashin during the 2025/26 academic year. As a result, construction activities may have some environmental impact. Rooms identified at risk of being most affected have had additional glazing installed to mitigate disruption. All disruptive work will be restricted to daytime hours, minimising any impact on campus residents, and when pricing these halls for this year, they have had a lower increase compared to others to acknowledge this.
