Throughout the academic year the Chaplaincy team offers several retreat experiences to meet a range of spiritual needs. If you are looking to refresh your faith life and grow in your relationship with others and God, we have something for you.
Advent day retreat
The Advent day retreat is a chance to take a break from busy preparations for Christmas and share a time of reflection and preparation for the coming of the Lord.
The Lent retreat is a residential weekend away and a great chance to develop your relationship with God and with others, as we take some time out to reflect and pray.
Week of guided prayer
This retreat is ideal for the busy person as it happens on campus retreat and revolves around your schedule. During the retreat you will have the opportunity to meet with a spiritual guide one-to-one for helpful discussion about the things most important to your life. This is a time of spiritual conversation, guided-prayer, and time to pay attention to God's movements within your life.
Spiritual direction and conversations
The Chaplaincy offers students the opportunity to meet on a one to one basis to discuss any ongoing issues relating to their faith.
- Pray As You Go: A daily podcast which combines music, scripture and some questions for reflection in a ten minute prayer session.
- Sacred Space: Pray with the daily readings.
