St Mary’s University is delighted to welcome prospective students to our Primary Teaching and Education Masterclass Day on 15th May. This event is designed for individuals who want to learn more about education & aspire to work with children and young people in a range of settings, including as a Primary School Teacher. Attendees will experience a primary education taster session, which will explore the primary curriculum as well as an education studies taster session, where the value and purpose of education will be unpacked. Finally, students will receive a degree preparation session, which will focus on the university application process including interview preparation!

This event is suitable for learners in their last year of GCSEs or first year of sixth form or college.
