Employee Assistance Programme

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Our current EAP provider is HealthHero (previously known as Validium). It offers a variety of services from confidential counselling support to online access to information and tips on legal, financial and health related topics.

What is an EAP?

As part of St Mary’s commitment to your personal health and well-being we have in place the HealthHero Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Our scheme was previously with Validium.

An EAP is a confidential information and counselling service to assist you with any personal or work-related concerns you have. The EAP is independently run and there to help you whether you are worrying about something, need some practical information, or simply want to talk something through with someone in confidence.
