AV Equipment Bookings

We offer a booking service for Audio Visual equipment in spaces that do not have permanent AV (the Waldegrave Drawing Room, Senior Common Room, and D121).
We also offer a Multimedia loan service where staff can hire out the following equipment:

  • Video cameras/tripods
  • Digital voice recorders
  • Webcams
  • Projectors
  • Projector screens
  • AV cables (VGA and HDMI).

Bookings for any of the above can be made by emailing MS@stmarys.ac.uk
All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

WDR/SCR/D121 AV Booking Guide

All equipment in the Waldegrave Drawing Room, Senior Common Room, and Billiard Room (D121) must be booked in advance. This is due to the fact that these rooms are in constant use, with different set-ups being used for each session.

Standard room equipment:

  • Networked PC
  • Amplifier
  • Speakers
  • 70” LCD Screens (2x in WDR, 1x in SCR and D121)
  • Microphone for use with Zoom or Panopto

Bookable equipment on request:

  • 2 x wireless handheld microphones (MUST be signed out from M103)
  • P.A. Speaker
  • Tracking Camera and Expansion Microphone for use with Panopto
  • Flipchart stands (paper and pens must be supplied by the department booking them)

Flipchart Stands

There is a limited stock of flipcharts and portable whiteboards - these are available at request, and limited amounts of multiples can be booked as long as they are not required for other rooms.
