Biography

Sarah is a BASES accredited Sports Physiologist and Research Scientist at St Mary's University. She has provided sports science support to Olympic and Paralympic athletes across a wide range of sports. More recently, she has been involved with a number of large projects funded by the UK Ministry of Defence.

Sarah's interests include; endurance training, exercise prescription, modelling endurance performance, load carriage and occupational performance.
