Working in the migration sector in Italy, I decided to begin the MA programme in Human Trafficking, Migration and Organised Crime to specialize in and advance my career in the anti-trafficking field. The MA gave me invaluable critical knowledge about the phenomenon of modern slavery. In particular, I had the opportunity to undertake in-depth research on how criminal organizations exploit people for human trafficking. After completing my MA I got a job in a diplomatic mission. My role is related to data and information collection on victims of trafficking.
