I am excited to be exploring the theories and issues behind the practicalities of education, development, and social justice around the world. My experience teaching young and adult refugees and asylum seekers in London, as well as my experience volunteering in rural Kenya and Mexico, has led me to question the who, why, what, when and how of education, migration, and displacement. The MA Education, International Development and Social Justice provides me with the opportunity to go deeper and learn how I can improve action for positive change where there is oppression or inequality in education.
