Work Placements for St Mary's Students
The Centre for Workplace Learning (CWL) offers students the opportunity to undertake a work placement in the sector of their choice.
Working with a wide range of businesses, from local SMEs to international brands, and from corporates to community organisations and charities, the Centre for Workplace Learning supports students in sourcing placements that reflects their personal and professional requirements. Previous students have secured placements in a range of organisations from local schools and charities to international brands and premiership football clubs.
Our specialised modules in Education, Business, Sport, Entrepreneurship and Management enable students to really develop their professional practice within their chosen sector. The modules are assessed through a variety of different mediums including presentations and portfolios with an emphasis on reflective practice.
