PowerBI guidance

To access St Mary’s PowerBI Reports

Please go to the Power BI Apps page in Office 365.

There you will find the two live Apps; “Applications” and “Student Numbers, Demographics & PIs”.

If for any reason you can’t immediately see the Apps, there’s a “Get Apps” button in the top right of the screen. Click on that and you’ll be taken to a list of available apps from which you can select the above (using the search function if necessary).

Licences & Access

St Mary’s staff will only be able to view our Power BI reports if they have been allocated a Power BI licence. However, there are currently only a limited number of Power BI licences available.

If you do not have access but need it (e.g. if you’re a new starter of have recently changed role), please raise a request via the IT Service Desk.
