Data from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) has ranked St Mary’s 24th out of some 163 higher education institutions in the UK for graduate employment rates. According to the data, 94.2 per cent of those who graduated from the University College in 2011/12 are in full-time employment or in further education within six months of graduating. St Mary’s Vice-Principal Dr Claire Taylor said, “At St Mary’s we provide a range of learning, placement and work experience opportunities for our students. Our graduates are well placed to secure further study or employment and these latest rankings demonstrate the success we have in preparing our students for successful careers.” SHARE
