St Mary's University is on a beautiful, safe, self-contained campus in Strawberry Hill, Twickenham with busy towns nearby, great local transport links and central London only 30 minutes away by train. We are proud of our community atmosphere and with just 6,000 students studying here, it is easy to make friends and feel at home.

We offer a variety of accommodation to our Study Abroad students. This can be accommodation with a family in our homestay programme or in accommodation on campus.

Please note: that you must apply by any deadline specified to you and on-campus accommodation may be limited and therefore not guaranteed.

Campus accommodation

St Mary’s offers two types of on-campus accommodation, single rooms in De Marillac Hall or twin rooms in our Waldegrave Park Houses.

Accommodation Fees

The accommodation fees vary according to the type of accommodation:

Homestay: £2,900 per semester
De Marillac Hall: £3,600 per semester
Twin Room: £3,000 per semester

Please note: prices shown above are projected prices.

All students are required to pay the £250 accommodation application charge. This includes a £50 non-refundable booking charge and a £200 damage deposit.

The damage deposit will be refunded after the end of the contract period, providing the room has not been damaged and all keys have been returned.

We aim to provide our students with a happy and safe environment in which to study and socialise and are confident that you will enjoy your time at St Mary's.
