Moodle is the main Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) used to support learning at St Mary's University. St Mary's Online students use Canvas. It is a central point for students to access teaching and learning resources. Staff can take advantage of Moodle by:
- Delivering and organising teaching content and activities that are engaging and relevant.
- Offering dynamic interaction, communication and collaboration.
- Providing links and information to essential resources tracking, monitoring and assessing student progress.
Moodle is an open-source learning management platform, hosted by our external partner, CoSector, with support and development from Application Services.
