Rehabilitation and Neuromuscular Training

The course aims to prepare students for current exercise rehabilitation jobs. This might be with musculoskeletal injuries and/or health and fitness. This is in line with British Association of Sport Rehabilitators' (BASRaT) current vision of sports rehabilitators in the workplace.

Participants will explore the rehabilitation process of various injuries and pain states and apply key principles to the patient.

This course has an emphasis on different training modalities used within rehabilitation. This will bridge the gap to return to play testing and decision making for an athlete or patient to return to sport or activities of daily living.
