Room Booking Information for Students

Rooms are available to be booked for student use between the hours of 08:00-21:00 weekdays.

Please ensure that any room used is returned to its original layout after the session and all rubbish is put in the bins provided. Please inform security of any damage to the room on the email below. 

All bookings will be in accordance with our ad-hoc room booking term & conditions which can be found here.

Please note teaching takes priority, therefore all ad-hoc bookings are subject to change.

CELCAT Room Booker

 This online service allows you to check availability and request rooms with a capacity up to 36. Please ensure that you book at least 24 hours before intended use and before midday on Friday for Monday use.

  • CELCAT Room Booker system can be accessed here. The online system will then allow you to book the following standard classrooms: B1, B2, B11, B12, B13, E148, E4, E7, F4, F5, F6, G1, G2 and G3.

Booking a room for more than 36 people

Students can only request and book lecture theatres, and larger classroom with a capacity over 36 by contacting St Mary’s Security: securityroombookings@stmarys.ac.uk

.Please ensure that you make a booking request at least 5 working days before the event as rooms go very quickly, especially during term time. Confirmation will come from Security normally within three days.

To book a room, please complete the following Student Room Bookings Form. Completed booking forms should be sent to St Mary's Security.
