Student Timetables

Information for all students

After enrolment, your student timetable will be automatically provided into your St Mary’s Office365 account. This means that you will be able to log into your email on almost any device and see your timetable.

Your individual timetable will show you the date, time and location of classes taking place on campus, and will also indicate if the session will be online pre-recorded or live using Zoom or Teams or. Your programme team will provide information on how to engage with online learning and will create and supply the links you need to access your live sessions.

Please make sure to check your timetable daily especially for the first few weeks as it can be subject to change.

Timetable FAQs for students

New students

After enrolment, your timetable will start populating automatically. Please allow for 24-48 hours for the sessions to start appearing in your St Mary’s Office365 account. Initially you will only be able to see the timetable for module sessions planned for the whole cohort.

Sessions where the students are split into groups require manual allocation and these will not appear on your timetable until after most students have enrolled on their modules.

You should expect to have your complete semester 1 timetable available during the week before your programme is due to start.

Semester 2 timetables are usually released just before the Christmas closure. You will be informed of the exact release date closer to the time.

Current students

You will receive your complete semester 1 timetable after you’ve chosen your optional modules and about 4-5 weeks before your semester 1 teaching is due to start. We will email you a couple of weeks before the timetables are ready to confirm the exact release date.

Semester 2 timetables are usually released just before the Christmas closure. You will be informed of the exact release date closer to the time.
