Fitness classes at St Mary's offer so many ways to have fun while you get fit.
Looking to get into or get back into fitness? Group fitness classes offer a fantastic way to exercise within a supportive and friendly environment. Whether you are looking for a high-impact workout or something a bit more laid-back, there is a class on our timetable for you.
Sport St Mary’s offers a range of fitness classes at lunchtimes, evenings and weekends, from Yoga to Pump, and are open to everyone. The regular fee is £4.50 and £3.00 for students of St Mary's University.
Classes enable you to add variety to your workout and most are suitable for all levels of fitness. The classes help to keep motivation up through the group camaraderie – so come to our classes and achieve your fitness goals!

Before attending your first class you will need to register with us by filling out a PAR-Q form and email it to email@example.com. Please be aware that these classes cannot be booked in advance, we operate on a first come first serve basis so make sure to arrive in plenty of time.

||Les Mills Grit™ Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. |Eight separate muscle-group specific songs or "tracks" along with an opening warm-up track and closing cool-down track. Suitable for all levels.
