The check in/out process takes place at the beginning and end of your accommodation licence respectively.
Checking-In
If you have recently moved in to University managed accommodation you are required to complete the online check-in form within seven days after your arrival.
Checking-Out
When you move out of University managed accommodation you are required to complete the online check-out form as part of your departure.
In order for your departure to be recognised and your deposit returned, please ensure you have:
- Cleared your room of all belongings
- Left the room in a clean state
- Reported any damage
- Returned your keys
