Elizabeth Farrier-Williams is currently undertaking the PGCAP whilst teaching a range of modules in marketing, with previous experience in research methods and international business. In addition, she supports students through their UG and PG dissertations. She has a strong interest in enhancing the student experience and supporting students both within and outside of their studies.
With doctoral studies in Service Marketing and Higher Education, research is qualitative based and focuses on value co-creation in the student engagement experience. Currently, Elizabeth is working on several outputs from the thesis and a joint project with Nottingham Trent University on student experience frameworks. She is open to collaborating in outputs with a marketing or higher education.
