Simon started lecturing at St Mary’s in 2009. Previously, Simon served seven years as a Physical Training and Remedial Instructor in the Royal Air Force, rehabilitating service personnel back to full military fitness.
Whilst still serving, Simon completed a part-time Sport Rehabilitation BSc with St Marys in 2009. Following graduation, Simon left the forces and started lecturing at St Mary’s University whilst completing the MSc Applied Sport and Exercise Physiology and a Post-graduate Certificate in Higher Education.
Simon is currently a lecturer on the Health, Exercise and Physical Activity degree programme delivering sessions on anatomy, physiology and exercise prescription.
