Biography
Simon Williams joined St Mary’s University in November 2015 having completed a career in the Armed Forces. Simon is a graduate of Exeter University and holds post-graduate qualifications from both Bristol and Cranfield Universities.
Simon started his work at St Mary’s as University Secretary working in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office on management and governance. In his current role as Director of Student Operations Simon works with teams offering student support in Registry Services, Student Services, Sport St Mary's and the Chaplaincy as well as leading on work with St Mary’s Student Union (SMSU).
Simon is a School Governor, trained rugby referee and coach with a lifelong interest in playing and watching sports of most varieties.
